Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Our products are dispatched from our overseas fulfilment partner. Once processed, standard UK delivery takes 5–10 business days. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–13 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Import duties and taxes
All orders shipped within the UK are delivered with no additional duties or taxes payable on receipt. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If your parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@kelviksupply.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the parcel can't be located, we'll replace it or refund you in full.
